AIRE Ancient Baths is seeking a Front Desk Attendant/Spa Receptionist at the Upper East Side location. You will warmly welcome visitors, check clients in and out, and ensure a seamless first impression for every appointment.

Ideal candidates have direct hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and a professional, reliable demeanor. Bilingual abilities are a plus, and familiarity with reservation systems will help you thrive in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Experience providing direct customer service in hospitality.
• Experience in a luxury spa is a plus.
• Punctual, reliable, and flexible with scheduling.
• Being bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and clients on arrival for appointments.
• Check-in clients for sessions and guide them through the start of their journey.
• Check-out clients and manage cash handling after sessions.
• Answer inquiries clearly with knowledge of the company and services.
• Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the reception area.
• Operate and be proficient with the reservation system.
