Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Spa Desk Agent to provide outstanding service during check-in/check-out and spa reservations. You will promote retail outlets and help grow spa revenues while supporting company goals and values.

The role requires excellent communication, 2–3 years in hotel or spa customer service, and strong computer skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Full-time, part-time, and on-call opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience in a hotel or spa environment.
• Working knowledge of spa services and products.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle billing accurately.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; daily use of programs will occur.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the Spa and coordinate service requests.
• Provide spa services to guests in a timely, courteous, and proficient manner.
• Assist colleagues with daily operations to support teamwork and spa success.
