Arch Amenities Group is seeking a Spa Front Desk Receptionist to warmly welcome guests, manage inquiries, and handle transactions efficiently. The role supports the Spa department, ensures smooth service flow, and maintains the facility’s standards.

The position requires excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; college degree preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Previous money handling experience.
• Excellent communication and work ethic are essential.
• Efficient, organized, able to multitask and maintain professional appearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team player.
• Proficient with computer systems and office equipment.
• Able to lift 25 lbs. and stand for long periods; night/weekend/holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and members warmly and respond to inquiries.
• Process transactions and payments accurately.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and assist with daily operations.
• Schedule reservations for spa services and personal training.
• Reconcile daily sales, deposits, and receipts as applicable.
• Assist with inventory, supplies, and equipment as needed.
• Communicate updates to management and ensure security of the space.
• Support staff with shifting coverage and event preparation.
