Arch Amenities Group is seeking a Spa Front Desk Receptionist for our Spa department. The role focuses on warmly welcoming guests, answering inquiries, handling transactions, and contributing to facility cleanliness while delivering the Arch Amenities Group Experience.

Ideal candidates will have high school diploma, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage money accurately. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred to support spa operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the Arch Amenities Group Experience by upholding mission, values, standards and brand guidelines.
• Reports incidents to Facility Manager and submits paperwork per policy.
• Maintains department procedures, inventories and prepares for events.
• Greets guests, assists with reservations, directions and phone numbers.
• Processes payments and reconciles daily sales and receipts.
• Supports staff with lifting and stocking and maintains a clean facility.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
