Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Must possess a valid Florida Massage Therapy or Esthetics License.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and listening skills; basic math and money handling.
• Team player with reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and coaching staff (as applicable).
• Outreach marketing for the spa.
• Manage daily operations, inventory, and budgets.
• Provide orientation and explain spa amenities to guests.
• Describe spa treatments, packages, and hours of operation.
• Promote spa services and retail; handle guest questions professionally.
• Maintain a clean, safe spa environment.
