Job summary

Equinox is seeking an energetic Licensed Spa Coordinator to join our team, aimed at delivering a memorable guest experience and smooth spa operations.

You will hire and coach staff, lead outreach marketing, oversee daily operations and budget goals, and actively promote spa services and retail. A valid Massage Therapy or Esthetics license is required; strong customer service, leadership, and computer skills are essential. Pay is $20/hr + per-session commission and monthly bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Licensed Massage Therapy or Esthetics license required.
• Minimum 2 years of leading a team to financial success.
• Excellent customer service skills and outgoing personality.
• Able to be efficient in a fast-paced environment; good math/money handling.
• Excellent communication and listening skills; proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, and coaching staff.
• Outreach marketing for the spa.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory and budgets.
• Provide orientation tour, explain spa amenities and answer questions.
• Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and hours.
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail.
• Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment.
