Equinox is seeking a Licensed Spa Coordinator to join our team and help create memorable spa experiences for guests. This role involves greeting guests, orienting them to facilities, and delivering personalized service to ensure satisfaction.

The position includes recruiting and coaching staff, executing outreach marketing, and overseeing daily operations, inventory, and budgets to drive results. A license is required, with strong communication and teamwork a must.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Massage Therapy or Esthetics License.
• 2 years of leading a team into financial success.
• Enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills.
• Friendly/outgoing personality with people.
• Efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and money handling skills.
• Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, and coaching staff members.
• Outreach marketing for the spa.
• Manage daily operation, including inventory and budgets.
• Provide orientation tour, explaining spa amenities and hours.
• Describe spa treatments, packages, services, and facility features.
• Actively promote spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail.
• Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized spa environment.
