Job summary

Life Time is seeking a LifeSpa Coordinator in California to operate the telephone system, greet callers, schedule appointments, and direct guests to the right teammates with a cheerful attitude while assisting the Department Head with filing and office duties. You will explain Life Spa products and services, suggest upgrades, perform confirmation calls, and comply with safety rules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• CPR and AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming internal calls and greet callers.
• Schedule appointments and assist service members.
• Explain Life Spa products and services to guests.
• Suggest upgrades or add-ons to products and services.
• Conduct outgoing confirmation calls and appointment calls.
