Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Spa Concierge to warmly greet guests, schedule spa reservations and assist with daily operations at Spa Pendry. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining pristine spa areas, and providing personalized recommendations during visits.

The position requires 1–2 years of customer service experience, strong English communication, and basic math for billing. Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to push/pull large bins of soiled and clean linen daily.
• Clear, effective communication in English (read, write and speak).
• Basic math skills for billing and transactions.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the spa and schedule appointments by phone, email or other approved methods.
• Provide information and coordinate guest requests for spa and wellness services; maintain cleanliness of spa areas.
• Create spa reservations and make product/retail recommendations; ensure proper scheduling of spa day.
• Handle cash and collect payments; ensure transactions are closed.
• Maintain cleanliness of spa public areas, locker rooms, restrooms, fitness center and pool area.
