Job summary

Omni Hotels' MOKARA Spa is seeking a Spa Concierge to join the spa team in Fort Lauderdale. You will provide exceptional guest service, help guests relax and enjoy a sensory journey, and support daily spa operations with a focus on upselling and guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 1 year in a customer service position, strong English communication, and the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Florida TIPS permit is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Reading, writing, and oral English proficiency.
• Commitment to exceeding customer expectations with attention to detail.
• Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and performance.
• Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must obtain Florida TIPS Alcoholic Beverage Server Permit.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑level guest service as part of the MOKARA Spa team.
• Schedule, confirm, and greet guests; assist with locker setup and checkout.
• Upsell services and retail products; relay benefits clearly to guests.
• Give spa tours; serve beverages as needed.
• Share spa promotions with guests and maintain spa cleanliness.
• Escort guests to locker rooms and relaxation areas; ensure daily sanitation.
• Open/close hammam, sauna, steam, and whirlpool areas; enforce cash handling procedures.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate to management when needed.
