Job summary

Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel is seeking a Spa Concierge to join the Mokara Spa team. You will help guests rest, relax, and regain balance by guiding services, bookings, and beverages, while maintaining a pristine spa environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service, English proficiency, ability to work weekends/evenings/holidays, and a Florida TIPS permit. It offers opportunities to showcase hospitality across spa experiences and retail upselling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in a customer service-based role.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English required.

• Must obtain Florida TIPS Alcoholic Beverage Server Permit.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments; greet guests and manage locker setup.
• Provide beverages and assist with check-in/check-out of guests.
• Upsell services and retail products; relay benefits to guests.
• Provide spa tours and explain services; promote promotions.
• Maintain spa, locker, and fitness facilities cleanliness and order.
• Escort guests to locker room and relaxation areas; explain services.
• Daily cleaning and minor maintenance of spa facilities.
• Open/close hammam, sauna, steam room, and whirlpool; ensure sanitation.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures; resolve guest challenges promptly.
