Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding them to facilities, presenting services and retail, and maintaining cleanliness. The role requires friendly, professional service and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-service role.
• Proficient in English with professional, empathetic communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest level of guest service as part of the spa team.
• Greet guests, set up robes/slippers, provide beverages, check in/out.
• Maintain cleanliness of spa, locker room, and fitness center.
• Escort guests to locker room, relaxation area, and explain services.
• Open/close hammam, sauna, steam room, and whirlpool; sanitation duties.
• Upsell services and retail products to guests; relay benefits.
• Provide tours of the spa and offer beverages and snacks.
• Assist guests in ritual area; ensure safety and excellent experiences.
• Communicate spa promotions to guests.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and inform management.
