The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of luxury spa leadership, deep wellness knowledge, and a proven ability to craft service menus, pricing strategies, and effective marketing initiatives—while ensuring safety and top‑tier service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in a luxury spa environment.
• Deep knowledge of spa, wellness, and holistic modalities.
• Ability to create and implement spa service menus, pricing, and promotions.
• Experience managing budgets and financial targets.
• Hands-on experience as a therapist is preferred.
• Strong English communication; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all spa operations, guest services, rooms, facilities and amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality across spa areas.
• Lead and inspire the spa team including therapists and staff.
• Conduct meetings, evaluations, and development plans.
• Drive spa revenue through pricing, promotions, retail, and memberships.
• Manage annual budgets and financial reporting.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences across spa and wellness touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote the spa and wellness initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and implement forward-thinking strategies.
• Oversee inventory, requisitions and cost control.
