Job summary

The Viana Spa at Viana Hotel and Spa in New York seeks a Spa Director to lead daily operations and set the standard for luxury wellness. You’ll guide every guest journey from booking to checkout and build a high-performing team of therapists and guest service staff.

Responsibilities include driving revenue, managing budgets, crafting treatment menus, and collaborating with hotel leadership on group bookings. A passion for exceptional service is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of spa management experience, ideally in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end day spa.
• Proven success leading teams and meeting revenue goals.
• Strong financial skills, including P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Deep knowledge of spa treatments, product lines, and wellness trends.
• Experience with spa booking software such as MindBody, Book4Time / SpaSoft / other.
• Excellent communication, warmth, and composure.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Esthetician or massage therapy license is a plus.
