Job summary

Arch Amenities Group, the global leader in spa, fitness, and leisure management, is hiring a Spa Supervisor to assist the Spa Director in overseeing daily spa operations. This position is responsible for supervising service providers, maintaining high standards of service, supporting team development, and ensuring the facility runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in spa or hospitality.
• Strong customer service orientation and leadership.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication abilities.
• Organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of spa service providers to meet guest satisfaction and standards.
• Manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training of spa staff.
• Oversee daily appointment flow and ensure excellent service delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards across spa areas.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and training on services and guest experience.
• Assist with spa promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
