Hawks Cay Resort in Marathon, FL is seeking a seasoned Spa Manager to lead a full-service spa and wellness program. You will recruit, train, and mentor supervisors, therapists, estheticians, front-desk staff, and fitness personnel while driving guest-focused experiences across all spa areas.

Successful candidates will have 5+ years in spa/wellness with 3+ years in a director role, strong P&L and budgeting skills, and proven leadership in a luxury hotel or resort environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Wellness, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of progressive spa/wellness experience, with at least 3 years in a Spa Manager or Director role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Strong P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue-management experience.
• Proven leadership in hiring, training, and motivating diverse teams.
• Deep knowledge of spa treatments, protocols, retail operations, fitness facilities, and guest service standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Florida massage therapy and/or esthetics license preferred or highly desirable; relevant certifications (e.g., ISPA or spa management) a plus.
• Proficiency with spa management software, Microsoft Office, and inventory systems.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in a resort environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop spa supervisors, therapists, estheticians, front-desk staff, attendants, and fitness staff.
• Oversee daily spa operations, guest experiences, facilities, and safety standards.
• Own the spa P&L; develop budgets, forecasts, pricing, inventory, and labor costs.
• Drive revenue through treatment sales, packages, retail, memberships/promotions, and add-ons.
• Develop and update treatment menus, packages, and wellness offerings reflecting Florida Keys inspiration.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, health & safety, and resort policies.
• Collaborate with resort leadership on promotions, guest packages, and the overall experience.
