Job summary

Hawks Cay Resort in Marathon, FL seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales efforts across leisure, corporate, group, and event segments. This role focuses on strategic sales planning and revenue growth in the Florida Keys.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in luxury hospitality sales, a proven track record of meeting targets, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong network in Florida/SE events is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of sales experience in luxury hospitality or resort.
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve room revenue, banquet, and ancillary targets.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships for repeat business and loyalty.
• Conduct site inspections, sales calls, and client meetings.
