Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field, preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive spa/wellness experience with at least 3 years in a Spa Manager or Director role.
• Strong P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue-management experience.
• Proven leadership in hiring, training, and motivating diverse teams.
• Deep knowledge of spa treatments, protocols, retail operations, and guest service standards.
• Florida licensing for massage/esthetics preferred or ISPA/spa management certs a plus.
• Proficiency with spa management software, Microsoft Office, and inventory systems.
