Massage Heights is seeking a Spa Director in Dallas to lead daily operations, drive member acquisition, ensure guest service excellence, and cultivate a high-performance team culture. You will oversee retreat performance, schedules, and brand alignment while maintaining operational standards.

The role requires developing staff, achieving membership goals, and participating in corporate initiatives. A strong background in service-based retail leadership and people management is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of membership-based service or retail management experience.
• Experience managing hourly wage employees.
• Self-starter with leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Able to build and sustain a positive employee culture.
• Working knowledge of computers and standard software.
• Basic business math skills.
• Financial and P&L experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, develop and retain employees.
• Drive revenue and profitability through inventory management and service consistency.
• Directly supervise and be accountable for retreat operations.
• Create and manage team member schedules for optimal retreat performance.
• Adhere to brand values and standards across the team and retreat.
• Achieve retreat goals regarding membership sales and retention.
• Support and train the brand’s mission, core values, and standards.
• Participate in corporate initiatives including monthly calls and training.
• Set individual and retreat goals; convert plans into action to meet/exceed goals.
• Plan, prepare, and execute events to promote Massage Heights locally.
• Conduct marketing activities to drive leads.
• Develop partnerships with local businesses.
