You will recruit and develop top talent, manage schedules, set goals, coach on the floor, and foster supreme guest service while strengthening guest loyalty through the brand's operating system.

This position offers varied hours including weekends and holidays, with opportunities for professional growth and leadership training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years membership-based service or retail management experience.
• Experience managing hourly wage employees.
• Leadership and communication skills; self-starter mentality.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws; local/state licensing helpful for therapists/estheticians.
• Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise retreat operations, drive revenue and profitability, and ensure brand processes are followed.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain top talent.
• Create and manage team member schedules for daily operations.
• Set team goals; convert plans into action to meet them.
• Provide on-the-floor coaching to your team.
• Deliver supreme guest service and build guest loyalty.
• Support and implement the Massage Heights brand Mission and Values.
• Plan events and marketing activities to promote Massage Heights locally.
