Woodhouse Day Spa in Leesburg, VA is looking for friendly front desk team members who will greet guests, provide personal attention, and help create a warm, memorable Woodhouse experience from the moment guests arrive.

You will manage phones with a welcoming smile, assist leadership to keep front desk operations professional, and enjoy training, flexible schedules (full-time or part-time), and benefits such as 401(k) and health stipends.

• Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door.
• Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have an unforgettable experience.
• Answers the phone with a smile and warm greeting.
• Is the brand ambassador, making sure the guest enters a clean, safe place with just the right lighting, music and scent to ensure that memorable experience.
• Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special—the guest’s favorite drink, the warm inviting neck wrap, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries.
• Provides support for the leadership team by taking the lead to assure that the front desk activities run professionally and smoothly.
