Job summary

Hawks Cay Resort seeks a Spa Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, register arrivals, and manage spa appointments. You will operate the spa software to schedule services, post charges, and help guests settle accounts with accuracy and a professional demeanor.

You will maintain guest records, support up-selling of services, and ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming. Prior front desk or hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Previous hotel front desk experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests upon arrival at the Spa.
• Schedule spa services using the spa system.
• Post guest charges and assist with account settlements.
• Maintain accurate guest files and information.
• Ensure a clean, organized work area and professional appearance.
• Attend training and staff meetings as scheduled.
