Spa by the Sea in Kapolei, Hawaii seeks a polished Spa Receptionist / Concierge who is friendly, assertive, and tech-savvy to manage guest interactions and scheduling in a busy spa setting.

You are the first impression our guests receive, answer calls, book appointments, process payments, and help therapists run a productive schedule while maintaining guest satisfaction and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Spa reception/front-desk experience required.
• 2+ years of customer-service experience preferred.
• Cash handling standards enforced.
• Privacy and confidentiality for guests mandatory.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Ability to learn scheduling and mobile apps.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Dependable, punctual, and accountable.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and acknowledge every guest entering the spa/gym area.
• Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule, confirm, modify, and manage guest appointments.
• Check guests in and out and accurately process payments.
• Learn and confidently use our Booker scheduling and point-of-sale system.
• Recommend appropriate services, upgrades, and experience-enhancing add-ons.
• Communicate effectively with massage therapists, estheticians, management, and other staff.
• Assist with laundry and maintain treatment-support supplies as required.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, polished, and inviting spa environment.
• Attend to guest needs throughout their visit.
• Maintain accurate guest and transaction records.
• Multitask effectively while remaining friendly and composed.
• Work independently and recognize what needs attention without requiring constant direction.
