Job summary

Royal Palms Resort and Spa is seeking a Spa Coordinator to maintain hospitality at the highest level, greet guests, and assist with treatment scheduling and retail sales. The role requires strong conversation and computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced spa setting.

Responsibilities include recommending treatments, processing payments, ensuring cleanliness of spa areas and locker rooms, and delivering service with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High end customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible availability to include weekends and holidays.
• Spa or hotel experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand and move for an 8 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and schedule spa treatments and retail sales.
• Process payments and maintain cleanliness of spa areas including men’s and women’s locker rooms.
• Welcome and serve guests with courtesy, efficiency and empathy.
