Caesars Entertainment’s Harrah's Ak-Chin Casino is seeking a Spa Receptionist-Part Time to maintain the spa's reception and retail areas, greet guests, schedule appointments, answer calls, and assist with lounge service, delivering top-tier guest service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1–2 years of spa/reception experience, and strong computer skills including Word, Outlook, and the spa booking system Book4Time. Teamwork and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years Reception desk and/or salon/spa experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reception and retail areas with a friendly attitude.
• Schedule appointments and check-in/out guests.
• Answer phones promptly and handle inquiries.
• Operate the Book4Time booking system and cash handling.
• Provide attentive guest service in Desert Serenity Lounge.
