Job summary

OneSpaWorld Hawaii seeks a friendly Spa Concierge to greet guests, manage reservations, and assist with services and retail at Mandara Spa on the Kohala Coast. You will be the welcome face in a luxury resort environment, ensuring seamless, relaxing guest experiences.

Requirements include 1 year of customer service, strong communication, and basic computer skills; Book4Time experience is a plus. Eligible to work in the United States, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience.
• Comfortable on the phone and with guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Professional, friendly demeanor.
• Basic computer skills; able to learn booking systems.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome spa guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage spa reservations and appointments through the spa booking system.
• Answer phones and assist guests with spa services and retail products.
• Share information on treatments, promotions, and amenities.
• Handle guest check-ins, payments, and retail purchases.
• Keep the front desk and reception area clean and welcoming.
• Support therapists and the spa team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Deliver guest service that meets Mandara Spa's exceptional standards.
