Responsabilités

• Maintains spa treatments and daily wellness schedule.
• Facilitates bookings and reservations with accurate reconciliation.
• Greets guests warmly and uses name recognition throughout visit.
• Responds to phone and email inquiries in a timely manner.
• Coordinates with ITinerary Design team to ensure accurate guest experiences.
• Maximizes revenue of spa treatments and programs through effective scheduling.
• Ensures spa areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Participates in trainings and daily rallies as required.
