Highgate Hotels is seeking a Spa Attendant/Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, schedule spa appointments, and manage check-ins and retail assistance. You will provide information on treatments, maintain front desk operations, and support spa staff to ensure a superior guest experience.

The role emphasizes attentive, courteous service, accurate transactions, and maintaining a clean, well-organized spa environment to meet Highgate Hotels’ standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 1 year spa or related experience preferred.
• SNHD Food Handler and TAM/Alcohol Awareness card required.
• Bi-lingual preferred.
• Flexible with long hours; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and members; check in/out and issue locker keys.
• Process transactions for events, guest fees, memberships, and dues.
• Provide information on spa services, equipment, and products.
• Assist guests in retail area and arrange spa appointments.
• Ensure spa opens/closes properly and maintains cleanliness.
