Job summary

The Spa Grand Bohemian Greenville, operated by Arch Amenities Group, seeks a Spa Concierge to maintain cleanliness and provide exceptional guest service. This role supports the spa, locker rooms, fitness and pool areas, and spa desk as needed.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, restocking linens, cleaning and sanitizing areas, and ensuring adherence to Arch Amenities Group standards. High school diploma or GED and customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with members/guests.
• Efficient, well organized, and able to handle multiple duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of spa/fitness areas including spa, locker rooms, fitness room, pool, and spa desk.
• Restocks linens in locker rooms and guest areas; handles laundry as needed.
• Cleans and sanitizes wet areas, bathrooms, and grooming areas; replenishes supplies.
• Greet guests and guide them to changing areas; explain locker room setup and operations.
• Ensure compliance with Arch Amenities Group standards and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
