Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa, locker rooms, fitness areas, and pool.
• Greet and assist guests warmly, ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
• Escort guests to changing areas and explain locker room, shower, and spa amenities.
• Operate laundry equipment and manage linens as needed.
• Report any guest issues or safety concerns to management.
