Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a LifeSpa Coordinator in Lakeville, MN to handle the phone system, greet callers, and direct inquiries with a cheerful attitude. You will schedule appointments, explain Life Spa services, and help guests select appropriate treatments to meet their needs.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1 year of customer service, CPR/AED certification within 30 days, and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Lifting up to 50 pounds and safety compliance are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• CPR and AED certified within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest and commissions.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls to greet, schedule appointments, and assist members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Convert LifeSpa questions into appointments.
• Explain Life Spa products, services, and treatments to guests and assist them with determining their needs.
• Suggest upgrades or add-ons to products and services.
• Complete outgoing confirmation calls and scheduling tasks related to Beautiful Beginning and myLT Bucks programs.
• Follow safety rules and use required safety devices.
