Job summary

Heaven's Hideaway Wellness and Spa in Huntsville, AL, seeks a Spa Concierge/Guest Services Associate to greet guests and guide them from arrival to departure. You’ll handle appointments, client communications, and intake while using Boulevard software to keep bookings organized and efficient.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in luxury retail or hospitality, a warm, proactive demeanor, and strong multi-tasking skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in luxury retail, fine hospitality, or front-desk operations.
• Hands-on experience with Boulevard scheduling software is a major plus!
• Strong multi-tasking skills, a warm professional demeanor, and a proactive attitude.

What We’re Looking For:
