Hotel Wildemont, Autograph Collection in Mountain Brook near Birmingham seeks a friendly Spa Receptionist to join our team. You will greet guests, book services, process payments, and support the spa staff to deliver a relaxing, premium experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or spa.

Overview

We are looking for a friendly and customer service-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our team! The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and a passion for helping others feel relaxed and rejuvenated. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting guests, scheduling appointments, handling payments, and providing general support to the spa staff. You will also have the opportunity to promote and sell spa products and services to guests, so a background in sales is a plus. Responsibilities

The Spa Receptionist will meet and greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
