The Spa at Montgomery, part of Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center, seeks a Spa Manager to lead daily operations and guest service at a premier Marriott property.

Bring 3+ years of spa leadership, deep knowledge of spa services, and retail, pricing, and inventory experience. You’ll mentor staff, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold the high standards of our award-winning spa.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Spa Director in effectively managing the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Take on the responsibilities of the Spa Director in their absence, ensuring continuity and seamless operations.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service, fostering positive guest relations, and handling any guest issues or complaints effectively.
