Job summary

Elase in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a part-time Client Coordinator to deliver a best-in-class client experience. You will manage all point-of-sale processes, answer phones, schedule clients, oversee memberships, and manage the end-to-end appointment flow.

You will handle nightly reporting, cash and transaction management, and maintain client care standards. The role requires strong customer service, team spirit, and proficiency with software such as MS Office, HubSpot, and Zenoti.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Aesthetics or beauty industry preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent with computers and phones; familiar with software apps (MS Office, HubSpot).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all point-of-sale functions in the spa.
• Answer inbound inquiries and schedule consultations.
• Manage appointment lifecycle including reminders and rebooking.
• Oversee client memberships and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain professional environment and ensure privacy policies.
• Collaborate with General Manager to hit sales KPIs.
• Support spa with administrative tasks and reporting.
