This full-time, onsite role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of customer service, and comfort with software such as MS Office and HubSpot (Zenoti preferred).

The Client Coordinator is a passionate supporter of our Elase Med Spas. This person is integral to delivering a best-in-class client experience in our spas. This individual is responsible for all point-of-sale processes. The Client Coordinator is responsible for answering phones, scheduling clients, overseeing membership sales, and the end-to-end appointment flow. The Client Coordinator is responsible for all nightly reporting, cash and transaction management, and the full client care experience. This position reports to the General Manager.
