Job summary

Elase Med Spas in Hinsdale, IL, is hiring a Client Coordinator to manage all point-of-sale activities, answer phones, schedule clients, and oversee membership sales. This role ensures a premier client experience and handles end-to-end appointment flow with strong administrative support.

The position requires 2+ years of customer service, comfort with MS Office and Spa software, and availability to work Saturdays, nights, and holidays. In-person at one of our Elase Med Spas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• Experience in the aesthetics or beauty industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full point-of-sale functions in the spa.
• Answer all inbound communication and convert inquiries into consultations.
• Maintain a professional work environment and adhere to privacy and compliance policies.
• Own the appointment lifecycle including reminders, check-in, cancellations, and rebooking.
• Oversee client membership maintenance including selling and addressing concerns.
• Work with the General Manager to ensure sales goals and KPIs are met.
• Create a welcoming environment and uphold client service standards.
• Support the spa with administrative tasks and opening/closing procedures.
• Handle client concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered at Elase.
