Job summary

Elase in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Client Coordinator to handle POS, scheduling, memberships, and client care in a fast-paced spa environment.

You will manage calls, oversee appointment flow, cash handling, nightly reporting, and ensure excellent client experience while upholding privacy standards and company policies.

This full-time hourly role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; includes 401k, PTO, health benefits, and complimentary spa services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• Experience in the aesthetics or beauty industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full point-of-sale functions in the spa.
• Answer all inbound communication and convert inquiries into consultations.
• Maintain a professional work environment and protect privacy and compliance.
• Own the appointment lifecycle including reminders, check-in, cancellations and rebooking.
• Oversee client membership maintenance and sales.
• Collaborate with General Manager to meet sales goals and KPIs.
• Create a welcoming environment with consistent client service standards.
• Support administrative and office tasks; perform opening/closing procedures.
• Handle client concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered.
