Job summary

Elase is seeking a Client Coordinator for our Spanish Fork spa location. This onsite role handles all point-of-sale processes, client scheduling, membership sales, and end-to-end appointment flow.

You will manage nightly reporting, cash, and transactions, reporting to the General Manager to ensure service excellence. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of customer service experience, familiarity with spa software (Zenoti preferred), strong communication skills, and a passion for the aesthetics

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• Experience in the aesthetics or beauty industry preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full point-of-sale functions in the spa.
• Answer all inbound communication and convert inquiries into consultations.
• Maintain a professional work environment and ensure medical privacy/compliance.
• Own the appointment lifecycle: reminders, check-in, cancellations, rebooking.
• Oversee client membership maintenance including sales and concerns.
• Work with the General Manager to meet sales goals and KPIs.
• Create a welcoming environment and uphold client service standards at each interaction.
• Support the spa with administrative and office tasks.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Handle client concerns and escalations professionally; escalate as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered by Elase.
