Job summary

Langham Chicago Spa is seeking a dedicated Spa Attendant to maintain cleanliness across all spa areas, including locker rooms and pool deck, while delivering exceptional guest service. You will replenish supplies and follow brand standards to keep spaces immaculate and welcoming for guests and colleagues.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred) and hotel/spa experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior hotel or spa experience preferred.
• Able to read, write and speak basic English for communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Clean sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, tiles, counters and floors using appropriate cleaning agents.
• Sweep and mop all flooring and dust furniture, pictures and shelves.
• Maintain spa locker rooms, saunas and pool deck cleanliness and organization.
• Restock supplies and report maintenance needs to spa management.
• Follow Langham Spa standards and dress codes to ensure guest satisfaction.
