Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred.
• Previous experience in similar position.
• Retail or sales experience.
• Experience in a luxury environment.
• Spa or salon experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage the Spa Reception Desk to ensure smooth operations.
• Check in/out spa guests and schedule appointments.
• Answer phones, sell retail, and respond to guest questions about the Spa environment.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, spa services, and safety protocols.
• Handle guest concerns with courtesy and timeliness to ensure satisfaction.
