Job summary

The Langham, Chicago's Chuan Spa is seeking a dedicated Spa Attendant to maintain pristine conditions across all spa areas while delivering exceptional guest service. Duties include cleaning, replenishing supplies, and upholding Langham’s and Forbes standards.

You will support safety, wear the uniform, and respond promptly to guest needs in a fast-paced luxury environment. Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent, basic English proficiency, and prior hotel or spa experience is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic English proficiency required for communication with guests and staff.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull equipment up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly cleans sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, tiles, counters, walls and stalls.
• Sweep and mop all flooring; dust furniture and shelves; vacuum areas.
• Maintain clean locker rooms, spa areas, and pool deck; stock amenities.
• Inspect equipment; report unsafe conditions; attend in-services.
• Follow Langham and Chuan Spa dress codes; ensure guest satisfaction.
