Job summary

The Langham Chicago’s Chuan Spa is seeking a detail‑oriented spa attendant to maintain cleanliness and deliver outstanding guest service. Duties include cleaning pools, lockers, saunas, restrooms and spa areas, replenishing supplies, and adhering to Langham Forbes standards.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 100 lbs, and read/write basic English; prior hotel/spa experience preferred. This full‑time role offers comprehensive benefits in Chicago.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior hotel/spa experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak basic English and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean sinks, toilets, mirrors, tiles, counters and floors following cleaning procedures.
• Restock supplies and maintain spa areas.
• Ensure locker rooms, saunas and pool deck are clean and organized.
• Follow Langham standards to deliver service and guest satisfaction.
