European Wax Center in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Spa Manager to oversee daily center operations and lead a team to achieve performance goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a full-time, in-center leadership role partnering with Guest Sales Associates and Wax Specialists to ensure smooth execution of business objectives.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of management, strong communication skills, budgeting/KPIs experience, and a passion for guest service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with KPIs, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in operating POS systems, including appointment scheduling and guest management.
• Passion for guest experience and team development.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly using sound judgment and empathy.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
