European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a Spa Manager to lead daily center operations and coach a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting sales goals. This full-time in-center leadership role emphasizes teamwork, coaching, and operational excellence.

You will train staff, drive package sales and retail product performance, monitor KPIs, and ensure high standards of service, safety, and adherence to brand guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in retail or beauty preferred but not required.
• Flexible availability to support business needs.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and business performance.
