Job summary

European Wax Center in Boulder, CO is seeking a Spa Manager to lead daily center operations, coach a high-performing team, and drive guest satisfaction and sales performance. This full-time, in-center leadership role requires flexibility for opening/closing and weekend shifts while maintaining brand standards and exceptional guest experiences.

You will train Associates, manage KPIs and budgets, and ensure smooth operations, including promotions, merchandising, and center cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in retail or beauty preferred
• Flexible availability to support business needs
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and business performance
• Comfortable using POS, scheduling, and guest management software
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to resolve guest concerns with empathy and sound judgement
