Responsibilities include staff development, budgeting and KPI monitoring, while promoting a positive workplace culture and compliance with policies. The role emphasizes flexibility in scheduling and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in retail or beauty.
• Flexible availability to support business needs.
• Proven leadership, coaching and team development skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets and business performance.
• Comfortable using POS, scheduling and guest management software.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to professionally resolve guest concerns with empathy and sound judgment.
