European Wax Center in Lee's Summit, MO is hiring a Spa Manager to lead daily center operations, coach a dedicated team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving sales goals. This full-time, in-center leadership role requires a proven track record in retail or beauty management, strong communication, and a passion for guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience (retail and/or beauty preferred, but not required).
• Flexible availability is required to support business needs.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and business performance.
• Comfortable using POS, scheduling, and guest management software.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to professionally resolve guest concerns with empathy and sound judgment.
