European Wax Center is seeking a Center Manager in a full-time, in-center leadership role. You will lead day-to-day operations, coach a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive sales performance.

You will oversee staffing, training, and KPI management while ensuring compliance with brand standards and promotions. Flexible weekend availability is required; the role focuses on delivering value in a fast-paced beauty service center.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience
• Flexible availability to support business needs
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and business performance
• Comfortable using POS, scheduling, and guest management software
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to professionally resolve guest concerns with empathy and sound judgment
