North American Wax Company LLC, operating as European Wax Center in Los Angeles, seeks a Center Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, and drive sales performance while maintaining guest satisfaction.

You'll manage scheduling, inventory, payroll, ensure health and safety, coach staff, analyze KPIs, and cultivate a loyal guest base through exceptional service and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background).
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Understands KPIs and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure health and safety regulations and brand standards.
• Coach, train, and provide performance feedback to team members.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Learn and develop understanding of KPIs and financial performance.
